IS BRITNEY SPEARS PREGNANT AGAIN

Hollywood, even as I write, is overflowing with rumours that Britney Spears is pregnant again and ready to score a hat trick. If this is true, the question that everybody is asking is who is the father?. I  myself have been making a few guesses. However, yesterday E! entertainment said that the rumour was so false but apparently the star would have to come out and do the talking herself if she wants to dispel this rumours.

OPRAH TO ENDORSE OBAMA’S CAMPAIGN

Oprah Winfrey will soon be on a tour in an attempt to support Barrack Obama’s political campaign. The talk show host who is considered to be one of the most influential people in the world could give the presidential candidate a lot of evasive American women votes.

PARIS WANTS A FAMILY

Paris Hilton has said he wants a family and a baby. The celebrity aired her needs during an interview with people magazine. She was quoted saying that she wants her baby to be able to play with Nicole’s who is expecting in January.

BROADWAY IS BACK

Broadway theatres have restarted operations after a nineteen day strike that nearly crippled the industry. The strike was probably called of when the stagehands who stared the strike realized with horror the amount of money they would lose especially during one of the most festive periods of the year.  Stagehands had started the strike due to wage issues. Let’s hope Hollywood writers can be as tolerant  as the Broadway stagehands

HOGAN’S WIFE AND HER KILLER DIVORCE DEMANDS.

In a divorce petition filed last week, Hulk Hogan’s wife said in very clear terms that she wants a part of the family’s two Florida properties that are worth millions of dollars. Her demands also include child support for their seventeen year old child as well as alimony. Her attorney has given no comment on the issue so far.

J.K ROWLING NAMED BEST ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR.

The creator of the acclaimed Harry Potter book series, J.K Rowling, has been named entertainer of the year by Entertainment weekly. The Harry Potter books have sold over 350 million copies worldwide. Rowling who is also the only author in the world that is a billionaire undoubtedly deserves to be in a class of her own and like Stephen King himself put it, J.K Rowling has set the standard and God bless her for it.

BRITNEY LOST VIRGINITY AT 14

U.S Weekly, an american entertainment magazine, has reported that Britney Spears actually lost her virginity at the tender age of 14. When Britney first came to limelight, she was famous for saying that she was still a virgin and that no one had come close to breaking her yet. It is possible that her supposed virginity was just another celebrity publicity stunt.

BEOWULF LEADS THE PACK

Beowulf a 3D film starring Angelina Jolie and Ray Winstone swallowed $28.1 million on it’s opening weekend. This places it at the top while Jerry Seinfield’s bee movie remains second place. American Gangster has been forced to give up the number one position as it is now in third place. Beowulf is a modern day adaptation of a novel about a man who rids the danish kingdom of a fearsome beast named Grendel. Beowulf’s success comes as welcome news for prospective makers of 3D films.

COURT SLAMS BRITNEY AGAIN.

On Friday a judge declared that Britney no longer has the right to drive with her kids in her car.  Britney and Federline were not present at the hearing. The hearing which was a closed door one was requested by Federline’s legal counsels to discuss unaddressed issues such as Britney Spears’s running of a red light with her kids in the car. Federline’s legal camp has been quoted as saying that Federline fears for the children’s safety when they are with their mother.

SCREEN WRITERS TO RESUME TALKS

The writers guild of America has agreed to resume negotiations with studios on the 26Th of November. On the 5th of November screen writers nationwide went on a strike that will soon enter its third week. The writers will continue to remain on strike even after negotiations begin. The strike has had profound effects on the industry as several talk shows have been broadcasting reruns. The production of the prequel to the Da Vinci code has also been stopped.
